In addition to knowing just about everything when it comes to the ingredients in the products on her site, Jazmin is also a pro at whipping up effective at-home treatments.â €Her Rice Water Treatment uses fermentation to yield a super treatment that has been reported not only to hydrate, but also to soften, thicken, and promote hair growth. As a GF vegan, I eat my fair share of rice, so I know that a good quality, organic rice offers many nutrients, some of which are likely responsible for giving hair that extra oomph. Antioxidants, vitamins, amino acids, carbs, sugars, and yeast may be present. Whichever ingredient or combination thereof is responsible, this recipe is easy to make, inexpensive, and provides real results. If you give it a try, please comment with your experience!
